Driveway gates add security, protection and beauty to your home. We custom build all of our gates in our fabrication shop. Most residential applications call for a single slide gate that is customizable to your needs and preference of design. We also fabricate and install double slide gates and swing gates.

Automatic Sliding Operator Systems/ Access Controls

Our operator system of choice for residential slide gate applications is the Chamberlain Liftmaster LA 400. After years of servicing and installing gate operators, this model is tried and true and will give your gate years of trouble free work. The Liftmaster LA 400 has a back-up battery and quick release function that allows you to manually open and close your gate if the back-up battery fails during an extended power outage. The back-up battery generally last for 24 hours during a power outage. There is also the addition of the photo-electric safety eye that is sold separately that prevents your gate from closing on your child, pet and car. The liftmaster is also compatible with your auto home link system. Another recommended accessory is a wireless keypad that holds up to 10 different codes that may be deleted or changed at any time.

For Slide gates, we recommend the Chamberlain Elite SL 3000. Chamberlain Elite SL 3000 commercial heavy duty slide gate operator includes a 1/2 HP motor with a pre-installed LiftMaster receiver. Can handle continuous duty / cycles daily and handles gates up to 1000 lbs. and 37 feet in length. A custom stand is also recommended to protect the system from ground elements. Wireless or hardwired keypads are also available with this machine.
